Refund policy

iHODL Seed Phrase Cards

Thank you for purchasing our products at iHODL.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition as you receive it and undamaged in any way.
To start a return, please contact us at cyberventures88@gmail.com with your order number.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund after 30 days, please contact us at cyberventures88@gmail.com with your order number.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have a defective or damaged item, send us a message at cyberventures88@gmail.com with your order number, and a photo of the defective item for verification.                 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

SHIPPING
Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any paid shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

For returns located in the US, a return shipping label will be provided.

For international shipping returns, please contact us at cyberventures88@gmail.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

NOTE: Value-added taxes (VAT) and/or customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Print-on-Demand Policy
All iHODL merchandise is custom printed on demand specifically for your order. Due to the personalized nature of our production process, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Wrong size selection
  • Wrong color selection
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • General dissatisfaction with fit or appearance

Please double-check your size and color selections before completing your purchase, as all sales are final once your order is processed.

Defective or Damaged Products
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive merchandise that is:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Contains manufacturing defects
  • Printed incorrectly due to our error
  • Significantly different from what was advertised

We will gladly provide a replacement or full refund.
To Request a Replacement or Refund:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide clear photos showing the damage or manufacturing error
  3. Include your order number and description of the issue
  4. Email us at cyberventures88@gmail.com

Processing:
Once we verify the defect or damage, we will:

  • Send a replacement item at no charge, OR
  • Process a full refund to your original payment method

Replacement orders will be processed within 2-3 business days after approval. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
